Good book for youth and first time trip leaders

This book is made for those with little experience in leading missions trips. It highlights all the important steps you need to walk through prior to, during and after a missions trip. It is not as detailed as I'd prefer for my use but for anyone leading for a first time, I'd recommend it.

This is a reference and guide that is adaptable for mission trips to both domestic and foreign sites. It is suited for adults, which presumably a leader would be. I will be using it as supplemental material for a domestic work team trip and not as the primary prep material.
